Terms of service
Free tier
Every account gets a 7-day free trial - up to 3 renders a month, no card required. Once the 7 days are up, you'll need to pick a paid plan to keep creating. Free renders carry a watermark, include word-synced captions like every other plan, and are deleted 24 hours after rendering.
Subscriptions & billing
Solo (TBD/month) and Pro (TBD/month) remove the watermark and raise your monthly render allowance; Power is available for higher-volume use on request. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your account's manage-subscription link - you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Switching plans is prorated: upgrading may charge a top-up for the rest of the current period, downgrading may issue a credit toward your next invoice, and we show you the exact amount before either happens.
If you run out of renders for the month, Solo and Pro can also buy a one-time top-up pack (10 renders for TBD) that rolls over and never expires.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds
Because you can cancel a paid plan at any time and keep access through the period you've already paid for, we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, except: where you're legally entitled to a cooling-off period under the law of your country (for example, 14 days for consumers in the UK/EU/EEA on a first payment), or where we determine, at our discretion, that a genuine billing error or technical fault prevented you from using the service. Top-up packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of their renders have been used yet. Refund requests are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, and are subject to their own refund policy as well as this one - whichever gives you the stronger protection applies. To request a refund, Get in touch.
Acceptable use
Every voice note is checked before rendering - the transcript is screened for content that violates these terms (harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, and similar). If a check fails, that render is rejected and you'll need to record a different voice note; repeated violations may result in account suspension. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any voice, image, or likeness you use in a render - don't upload or read aloud copyrighted material (music, someone else's writing, licensed audio/video, and the like) that you don't own or have permission to use. We'll remove content in response to valid copyright complaints and may suspend accounts with repeat infringements.
Your content
You own the audio and images you upload and the videos we generate for you. On the Free plan, both the source audio and the rendered video are deleted 24 hours after rendering. Solo, Pro, and Power renders stay in your profile indefinitely, until you delete them or close your account.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which permanently removes your profile, renders, and uploaded files. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first - deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel billing with Paddle. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use section above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes (pricing, refund policy, or what's included in each plan) will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
